We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with everything in the rooms brand new and very clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fantastic terrace and jacuzzi that provided fine views. The staff were great, making our overall experience great. The location was convenient, with easy access to two different metro lines and a taxi ride to the city center costing only 1 to 2 euros. there were some stores nearby, making it convenient for any shopping needs.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Located on Grechko avenue, in a lovely area, Nyvky Residence offers easy access to two different metro lines. With a taxi ride costing only 1 to 2 euros, exploring the city is convenient and affordable. The rooms are modern and beautifully designed, with great beds and lovely views. The heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen provide extra comfort, and the terrace is fantastic for relaxation. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The sound insulation is not perfect, allowing some noise from neighbors to be heard.
